Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and shipping labels.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Load and unload trucks as required by shift schedules.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read barcodes/scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
