Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF equipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and stock rotation systems
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and order fulfillment
- Complete required documentation for inventory and shipping processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory and quantity verification
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
