Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Meet daily productivity targets during peak hours
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts
- Process returns and damaged goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island
- Flexible availability (weekends/overtime)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand 8+ hours daily
