Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (as needed)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to shift location
