Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99% order accuracy
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve discrepancies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills and attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Familiarity with RF scanners or willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain training
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
