Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Process shipments and prepare documentation for dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
