Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders to ensure accuracy and meet shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in physical inventory counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against invoices.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Overtime Support: Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, to meet peak demand.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and scan barcodes.
