Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload merchandise onto delivery trucks or pallets as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Handle inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning equipment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
