The Role:
As a Picker Packer, you will be the face of our fulfillment accuracy. You will work closely with the logistics team to process orders efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse shelves based on detailed pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials, ensuring protection during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer terminals to update inventory in real-time.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for quality control and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and calculating shipping costs.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking and packing errors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
