Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain organized storage areas and efficient workflow patterns
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Document inventory discrepancies and operational issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
