Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Operate handheld scanners and RF guns to ensure accurate inventory tracking and data entry.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label, wrap, and pack items securely using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load outbound trucks accurately and safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
