Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on pick tickets and verify item codes.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience (picker/packer role) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
