As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped with precision and speed.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and packing slips using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards to prevent shipping errors.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Computer Literacy: Basic familiarity with computers and handheld scanners.
