Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify order accuracy and scan items into the system promptly.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) when certified.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
