Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality control
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
