Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions promptly
- Participate in mandatory safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Attention to detail with strong accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation to work flexible shifts (early morning/late evening)
- Pass background check and drug screening
