Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Document inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
