Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor with high speed and 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Scan items using handheld scanners and barcode readers to update inventory systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
