Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Inspect products for damage and quality control compliance
- Optimize order assembly to meet 150+ units/hour productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 6+ months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory software familiarity
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
