Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Replenish stock on shelves to ensure inventory availability for efficient operations.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to verify stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
