Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Package fragile items with specialized handling techniques
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and tech adaptability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled facility
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to North Philadelphia location
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
