Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout following FIFO principles
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order processing
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
