Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and priority
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a hazard-free workplace
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation if required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Team player with strong communication skills
