Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper cushioning and labeling according to shipping standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (certification preferred but not always required).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package verification.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
