Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if required (e.g., loading docks).
