Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy and maintain strict quality control standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and prepare shipments for safe transit
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check
