Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
