Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from storage racks and verify order details using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing appropriate materials such as bubble wrap and boxes.
- Inspect products for quality control and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently when authorized.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, such as inventory counts and cycle checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
