- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Inspect products for quality and damage
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members for timely shipments
- Update inventory systems in real-time
- Meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Background check and drug screen required
