Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to priority schedules
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies in orders
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support cross-functional teams during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper training
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our South Louisville facility
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
