Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Verify product quantities and specifications against packing slips.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
