Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming inventory using handheld scanners
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse zones following safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipment preparation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to OSHA standards
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled warehouse
