Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure stock levels are precise.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards and safety regulations.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
