Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack merchandise using RF scanners and handheld devices to meet daily order targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality standards and proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, utilizing proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and warehouse equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to resolve order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
