Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately retrieve and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets our high standards for safety and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required by training.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a warehouse environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners or handheld devices.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.
