Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Ensure all items are packaged securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned, including floor maintenance and organizing.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
