Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety-certified precision
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company SOPs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
