Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent walking
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to our Denver facility
