Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
