Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy and maintain inventory counts
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak shifts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
