Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and barcode systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for inventory movement
- Maintain organized stock rotation and inventory accuracy in designated zones
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 4 PM)
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Background check and drug screen required
