Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper pallet jack and forklift operation
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts following company protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Reliable transportation to the 65th Street facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
