Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and palletizing.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if certified) or pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
