Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Verify product accuracy against purchase orders to minimize errors and returns.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging and labeling.
- Ensure packing stations are organized, clean, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping KPIs and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
