Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and accurately pick items based on production orders (pick tickets).
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment using appropriate materials and machinery.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and packaging accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
