Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Inspect products for quality control and damage
- Maintain organized inventory in FIFO system
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and warehouse safety protocols
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/picker packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- RF scanner experience or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Flexibility to work weekends consistently
