Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
