Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Meet productivity targets while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time shipments
- Document discrepancies and report equipment maintenance needs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Denver facility
