Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and manual equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory zones and perform cycle counts
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Document discrepancies and report equipment issues
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
