Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately and apply shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyor belts as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and mathematical skills for order verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
